My Story
Let me tell you a little bit about why I started Wild Women Consulting.
~ I owned and operated a thriving yoga studio for 6 years. I also worked for 15 years in business development for a large Financial firm. I spent years running my yoga studio while working a full-time 9 to 5. At its peak, the studio had 26 classes on its schedule each week, with a roster of 13 teachers, and 4 front desk staff. In addition to the regular classes, I hosted various events and workshops and even had a small retail shop. I was a yoga teacher, marketer, customer service rep, sales associate, business planner, retail staff, handyman, human resources, and payroll. A complete one-woman show.
I built a happy, robust community of yoga practitioners who enjoyed calling my studio, their home. I decided to move out of the area where my studio was located and subsequently sold it in 2018. A year later, I left my 9 to 5.
With the knowledge I had gained from both owning my own business and corporate experience, I started Wild Women Consulting with the goal of helping female entrepreneurs and small business owners. I truly love helping people. I understand the struggles of a small business owner. I know the intense passion that you created your business with and I know what happens to that passion when you are struggling to grow your business and managing the day-to-day.
I also know what it’s like to feel weighed down by your business. Want to know a little secret? You don’t have to be!
